Hello! I’m Amy, a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, accountability mentor, and mum to a wonderful son, Tyler. I’m also proudly neurodivergent, living with conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression — all of which have deeply shaped the way I work and who I work with.

I began my professional journey in traditional employment, working in everything from retail and customer service to office admin. But I often found those environments inaccessible and inflexible, especially while managing my health. I knew I wanted more freedom, and more importantly, to help people like me — people who were falling through the cracks of neurotypical systems.

I recently had gastric bypass surgery to take control of my health and energy levels, and I'm documenting that journey in my podcast The Road to Transformation. I also offer support and community through the private group Our Road to Transformation, where others can share their weight loss and wellness stories too.
