Customers and LGSDT members are referred to as you or your. Let’s Get Shit Done Together is also referred to as LGSDT or the Membership.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to purchases made through our website or agreed directly with us, including:
virtual administration and technical support services;
website support and project work;
private body-doubling and accountability sessions;
LGSDT monthly and annual memberships;
LGSDT drop-in sessions; and
digital products or other services expressly stated to be governed by these terms.
If a written proposal, service agreement or order confirmation contains terms that conflict with these general terms, the specifically agreed written terms will take priority for that service, except where the law does not permit this.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase service-based support, coaching, private body doubling or LGSDT membership. Digital products may be purchased by a person aged 16 or over unless the product page states otherwise. We may cancel and refund an order that does not meet the applicable age requirement.
4. Information provided before purchase
Before you place an online order, we will make available the main features of the service, total price, payment frequency, contract length, cancellation arrangements and our contact details. Please check this information carefully before purchasing.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation or provide access to the service, whichever happens first. We will provide confirmation in a form you can save, such as email.
5. Consumer cancellation rights for online purchases
5.1 Statutory cooling-off period
If you are purchasing as a consumer online or at a distance, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel a service contract within 14 days beginning on the day after the contract is made, unless an exception applies. This right is separate from any promotional free trial.
5.2 Starting a service during the cooling-off period
Where you request immediate access to a service or session during the 14-day cooling-off period, we may ask for your express consent to begin. If you cancel after the service has begun, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services supplied up to the time you informed us of cancellation, where the law permits and the required information and consent have been provided.
If a service has been fully performed during the cooling-off period, your cancellation right may end only where the legal requirements for express consent and acknowledgement have been met.
5.3 How to exercise the right
To cancel, send a clear statement to info@atofficeadminsolutions.co.uk before the applicable deadline. You may use the model cancellation form in Schedule 1, but you do not have to.
We will provide any refund required by law within the applicable statutory period and normally by the original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. General prices and payment
Current prices are shown on the relevant website page, checkout, proposal or order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in pounds sterling. Any applicable VAT will be shown where required.
Payment may be accepted by bank transfer, card, Stripe, PayPal or another method displayed at checkout. Services may be paused or withheld where payment is late, declined or reversed.
Unless a written proposal, order confirmation or free-trial arrangement states otherwise, services must be paid for in full before work begins. Digital products or content will normally be delivered by email, download or secure link.
We will not introduce additional mandatory charges that were not disclosed before purchase.
7. General services, project work and retainers
Administrative, technical, website and project services will be supplied with reasonable care and skill and according to the agreed scope. General working hours are normally Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm UK time. These hours do not apply to separately scheduled LGSDT or private sessions.
Minor amendments within the agreed scope may be included. Material changes, additional work or changes outside the agreed brief may require a revised quotation and additional payment.
Unless a written proposal or order confirmation states otherwise, retainer packages have a minimum commitment of three months. After the minimum period, the retainer continues on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled by giving at least 30 days' written notice.
Unused retainer hours do not roll over unless we agree otherwise in writing. The included hours, permitted use and any service-specific arrangements will be stated in the proposal or order confirmation.
Urgent work or requests outside the agreed scope or normal working hours may incur an additional charge, but the charge will be explained and agreed before that additional work is carried out.
8. Private body-doubling sessions
Private 1:1 body-doubling sessions are delivered online at the date, time, duration and price displayed at booking or agreed in writing. Unless your booking confirmation states otherwise:
at least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule;
late cancellation or non-attendance may result in the session being charged in full, subject to statutory rights;
if we cancel, we will offer a replacement time or refund the affected session; and
results are not guaranteed, although the service will be provided with reasonable care and skill.
9. LGSDT Membership service
9.1 What the Membership includes
LGSDT is an online group body-doubling and co-working membership hosted by Amy. It currently includes:
Monday Kick-Off, normally 9am to 11am UK time;
Thursday Reset, normally 7pm to 9pm UK time;
focused 25-minute working blocks with short breaks;
gentle intention setting and accountability; and
optional access to the private LGSDT WhatsApp community.
Members are encouraged to choose at least one session as a weekly anchor and may attend both where available. Attendance is your responsibility and does not affect the recurring fee.
9.2 Session availability and timetable
A typical four-week period may provide up to eight group sessions. We do not guarantee that every calendar month will contain exactly eight sessions. The timetable may be adjusted for bank holidays, planned breaks, illness, emergencies or reasonable operational needs.
LGSDT sessions will normally continue as scheduled on UK bank holidays. Where Amy is unable to run a Bank Holiday Monday session because of a pre-booked business event or another planned commitment, the session will normally move to Tuesday from 9am to 11am.
Members will usually receive between two and four weeks' notice of the change. If circumstances outside A&T's reasonable control make that notice impossible, members will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
A&T may take up to four weeks of planned closure during each 12-month period, including a Christmas and New Year break. Where reasonably possible, we will provide at least 14 days' notice and may offer a replacement session on another date.
Membership fees provide ongoing access to the membership across the year and are not calculated according to the number of sessions in an individual calendar month. The membership price takes the stated planned closure periods into account.
If A&T cancels sessions beyond the stated planned closures and does not provide a suitable replacement, affected members will receive an appropriate account credit or proportionate refund.
9.3 If we cancel or change a session
If we cancel a scheduled group session, we will normally provide a replacement session. If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided and the cancellation materially reduces the service purchased, we will offer an appropriate account credit or refund where required by law. We are not required to compensate for a session you chose not to attend.
10. LGSDT free trial and monthly membership
10.1 Free trial
Where offered, the LGSDT free trial lasts seven consecutive days from the date stated at checkout. It provides access to eligible sessions falling within that period and the private community where applicable.
Unless you cancel before the trial deadline shown at checkout, the monthly membership fee will be charged automatically at the end of the trial and monthly thereafter. Before you join, the checkout will show the first payment date, recurring amount and cancellation method.
The promotional trial does not replace or reduce any statutory cancellation right described in clause 5. Where applicable law provides an additional cooling-off right following the end of a trial or renewal, that right will also be honoured.
10.2 Founding Member rate
The first 25 eligible LGSDT members may receive the Founding Member rate of £25 per month. The standard monthly rate is £50 unless a different price is displayed before purchase.
A Founding Member keeps the £25 monthly rate while the membership remains continuously active and payments remain up to date. If the membership is cancelled, expires or ends following an unresolved failed payment, a later membership will be charged at the price available when the person rejoins.
10.3 Monthly cancellation
Monthly membership has no minimum term after any applicable cooling-off or trial arrangements. You may cancel through the cancellation method provided at checkout, through your customer account where available, or by emailing info@atofficeadminsolutions.co.uk.
Cancellation normally prevents the next monthly payment and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Once a monthly payment has been taken, it is not refundable or partially refundable merely because you cancel partway through the period, do not attend sessions or choose not to use the membership benefits. This does not limit any statutory cooling-off, refund or other consumer right.
10.4 Subscription notices and renewal cooling-off rights
When the statutory subscription-contract regime applies, we will provide the required pre-contract information, trial or renewal reminders, cooling-off notices and end-of-contract notices in writing on a durable medium. If you joined online, we will also provide a straightforward online method for ending the membership.
Where the law gives you a renewal cooling-off period after a free trial converts into paid membership or after a qualifying 12-month or longer contract renews, you may cancel during that statutory period. If the paid service has not begun, you will receive the refund required by law. If supply has begun or is ongoing, any refund will be reduced only by a proportionate amount for the part of the subscription contract already performed, calculated using the total subscription contract price agreed for that membership. The separate £14.99 drop-in price is not used because it is the price of a different, one-off product. We will apply the legislation and official guidance in force on the date of cancellation.
11. LGSDT annual membership
The Founding Member annual price is £250 and the standard annual price is £500 unless a different price is clearly displayed before purchase. Annual membership covers a 12-month period and is paid upfront.
Annual membership renews automatically for a further 12-month period at the price stated in the renewal reminder unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send the renewal reminders and other information required by law before taking the renewal payment. The reminder will explain the renewal date, the amount due and how to cancel.
You may cancel future renewal using the cancellation method provided at checkout, through your customer account where available, or by emailing info@atofficeadminsolutions.co.uk. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal but does not normally end or refund the 12-month period already purchased.
This is subject to any initial or renewal cooling-off right, any proportionate refund required by law and any right arising because the service was not supplied as agreed. Where the law provides a renewal cooling-off period, we will tell you when it begins, when it ends and how to exercise it.
12. LGSDT drop-in sessions
A drop-in purchase provides access to one specified two-hour LGSDT group session for £14.99 unless a different price is displayed at checkout.
Unless the checkout states otherwise, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to transfer or reschedule a drop-in booking. Non-attendance or late cancellation is not normally refundable, subject to statutory rights. If we cancel the session, we will offer a replacement booking or refund.
Purchasing a drop-in does not create an ongoing membership. Where advertised, a person may still use the free membership trial after attending a drop-in.
13. Member responsibilities and conduct
LGSDT is intended to be friendly, inclusive and psychologically safe. Members agree to:
treat Amy and other participants with respect;
avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, threatening behaviour or seriously disruptive conduct;
not record, photograph, screenshot or livestream a session or community conversation without the express permission of every identifiable person;
not share Zoom links, community links or membership access with another person;
avoid posting unlawful, defamatory or rights-infringing material; and
take reasonable steps to protect their own login and device security.
We may give a warning, restrict community access, suspend access or terminate membership where this is reasonably necessary to protect participants or the service. Where immediate action is required because of serious conduct, no prior warning may be given. Any refund will be determined fairly, taking account of services already provided and statutory rights.
14. Confidentiality and group privacy
We will treat information you share directly with us as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect someone from a serious and immediate risk, or permitted by our Privacy Policy.
Group sessions and WhatsApp involve other participants. We require members to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee the actions of every participant. You should avoid sharing information that you would not want other group members to know.
WhatsApp participation is optional. Joining a WhatsApp group may reveal your telephone number, profile name, photograph, status and messages to other group members, depending on your privacy settings. WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
15. Technology and access
Sessions are normally delivered through Zoom and community support may be provided through WhatsApp. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, software access and an appropriate working environment.
We are not responsible for disruption caused solely by your equipment, connection or third-party account. Where a widespread platform failure prevents us from delivering a material part of the service, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule or provide an appropriate remedy.
16. Nature and limits of body doubling
Body doubling provides structured working time, presence and gentle accountability. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, clinical ADHD support, crisis support, financial advice or legal advice.
We do not guarantee that you will complete a particular task or achieve a particular personal, academic or business result. You remain responsible for your decisions, work, deadlines, health, wellbeing and professional obligations.
17. Failed payments, suspension and termination
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify you. Access may be paused while payment remains outstanding. If payment is not resolved within seven days, we may end the membership. We will not charge for a future period after the membership has ended.
You may contact us promptly if a payment problem is temporary. Any decision to preserve a Founding Member rate during a short payment issue is at our reasonable discretion, applied fairly and consistently.
We may end or suspend a service for serious misconduct, unlawful use, non-payment or a material breach of these terms. We will give reasonable notice where circumstances permit.
18. Intellectual property
Materials, templates, systems, recordings, written content and resources provided by A&T remain our intellectual property or that of the relevant owner unless agreed otherwise in writing. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use supplied materials for the purpose stated. You must not resell, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
19. Refunds and remedies
Except where these terms or applicable law provide otherwise, payments are not refundable after the relevant cancellation period has expired and the purchased service has been supplied or made available.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. Where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or is not supplied as agreed, you may be entitled to repeat performance, a price reduction, refund or another remedy under applicable law.
20. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Where you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
21. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events genuinely beyond our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption, communicate material changes and provide any remedy required by law. This clause does not allow us to keep payment unfairly where a material service is not provided.
22. Changes to services, prices and terms
We may update these terms or make reasonable operational changes. Changes will not remove rights already earned or retrospectively change a paid contract without a lawful basis.
We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes to an ongoing membership. If a material change substantially disadvantages you, you may cancel before it takes effect, subject to any rights provided by law.
General price changes apply only from a future billing period after appropriate notice. A continuously active Founding Member rate will remain protected as described in clause 10.2 unless you expressly agree otherwise or the membership ends.
23. Data protection
We process personal information in accordance with UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy. Further information about the information collected for bookings, payments, Zoom, WhatsApp, communications, security and legal compliance, together with retention periods and individual rights, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Payment providers, Zoom and WhatsApp process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Please review them before using those services.
24. Complaints
Please send complaints to info@atofficeadminsolutions.co.uk with enough information for us to investigate. We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If more time is reasonably required, we will explain why and provide an updated timescale.
This complaints process does not affect your statutory rights or your ability to seek independent advice.
25. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections that apply where you live. The courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
26. General provisions
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. No person other than you and A&T has a right to enforce these terms unless the law states otherwise.
