Your brain isn't the problem. Doing it alone is.
A twice-weekly co-working space for people whose brains work better when other humans are around.
You show up.
You get your stuff done.
You stop spending three days mentally preparing to send one email.
No pressure.
No awkward networking energy.
No pretending you've got your life together.
Just a room full of people quietly getting on with it.
Then just £25 per month as a Founding Member. First 25 spaces only.
After that the price rises to £50/month. Cancel any time.
Sound familiar?...

Your brain knows exactly what needs doing. You still can't seem to begin.
The longer something sits on your list, the heavier it gets.
You work brilliantly when somebody else is around. Alone? Completely different story.
You've spent entire afternoons avoiding one task that would've taken twelve minutes.
People keep telling you to just be more disciplined and honestly you'd quite like to throw something at them.
Every week you spend circling the same tasks without finishing them is a week you've paid for in guilt, lost hours, and quiet erosion of belief in your own ability to follow through.
The version of you that actually gets things done isn't waiting for more motivation, it's waiting for the right environment.
Not for everyone.
But for a lot of people who struggle working alone, it changes everything.
Body doubling is basically working alongside other people while all doing your own thing.
You're not collaborating.
You're not being watched.
You're not stuck in breakout rooms introducing yourself.
You're just in a shared space where everybody is quietly getting on with tasks they've been avoiding.
And somehow your brain stops fighting you quite so much.
Sometimes the difference between getting the task done and avoiding it for three weeks...
... is another human existing on Zoom with you.
Because this isn't about becoming a productivity machine.
Nobody's telling you to wake up at 5am.
Nobody's yelling about hustle culture.
Nobody cares whether your task today is invoicing clients or folding washing.
This works because it's about environment, not willpower.
When you stop trying to force yourself through everything alone, things start moving again.
The list gets shorter.
The guilt gets quieter.
Your brain gets a bit less noisy.
And you finally start making progress on the stuff that matters to you too.
Every time you sit down to work and find yourself doing anything except the thing you sat down to do, you're not failing at discipline...you're succeeding at working in an environment that isn't built for your brain.
The question isn't whether you're capable of getting things done, it's whether you're willing to stop asking your brain to do something it was never designed to do without support.
Two sessions a week.
Simple. Supportive. Effective.
All sessions are held online via Zoom.
Free to download if you don't already have it.

Kick Off Your Week
Monday
9am to 11am
Start Monday feeling like you've already achieved something instead of already falling behind.
Bring your admin, your client work, your studying, your life admin, the thing you've been avoiding since February.
Say what you're working on if you want to, settle in, and crack on.

Close Out Your Week
Friday
2pm to 4pm
Finish the week properly instead of carrying unfinished tasks into the weekend again.
Tie up loose ends. Reply to the emails. Do the boring task.
Finally tick something off. Leave feeling lighter instead of guilty.

Between sessions
You'll also get access to our private WhatsApp community.
Not one of those overwhelming groups with 847 unread messages and people posting motivational quotes at 6am.
Just a supportive space to share what you're working on, celebrate wins, stay accountable, and remember you're not the only person struggling with this stuff.
Two structured co-working sessions every week
Gentle accountability from people who get it
Cameras on or off, your choice
A judgement-free environment where you can just get on with it
No pressure, no guilt, no minimum attendance
Support between sessions in WhatsApp
A space where progress actually happens
£25 per month
Your first week is completely free.
A single 1:1 body doubling session with Amy costs £45 for one hour.
Inside Let's Get Shit Done Together you get two two-hour sessions every week, ongoing support, accountability, structure, and community for less than £7 a week.
The first 25 Founding Members lock in the £25/month rate for as long as they stay. After that membership rises to £50/month.
No contract. No pressure. Just come and see what happens when you stop doing everything alone.
Honestly? Because I needed it myself.
For years I thought I was lazy. Disorganised. Bad at routines. Bad at business. Just not trying hard enough.
Meanwhile I could help everybody else with their stuff while my own admin sat untouched for weeks.
Turns out the issue wasn't that I couldn't do things.
I just struggled doing them alone.
Once I stopped trying to force myself to work the way everyone said I should, everything started making more sense.
Let's Get Shit Done Together is the space I wish I'd found years ago.
No judgement.
No pretending to have it all together.
No pressure to be productive every second.
Just real people showing up and getting things done together.
Deciding to do nothing differently is still a decision. It just feels more comfortable because the cost shows up later.

Hi, I’m Amy, founder of A&T Office Admin Solutions and creator of Let's Get Shit Done Together.
I’m a business owner, a mum, and someone who knows first hand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle client work, admin, personal responsibilities, and everything else life throws at you while still trying to move your own goals forward.
For a long time I found myself stuck in the cycle of supporting everyone else first, while the things that mattered to me kept slipping further down the list.
Alongside running my admin and tech support business, I also co-run A Tinchy Bit of Sparkle with my son Tyler, a crystal and positivity business he inspired when he was just eight years old. Watching Tyler build something of his own reminded me how powerful consistency, encouragement, and accountability can be.
Over the years I’ve supported many entrepreneurs through admin, tech and mentoring support. What I’ve learned is that the real game changer is not just systems or strategies.
It is having the right support, structure and accountability around you.
That’s what inspired me to create Let's Get Shit Done Together.
It is more than just co-working sessions. It is a calm, supportive space where people can show up, focus, and make real progress on the things that matter to them, whether that is their business, life admin, personal goals, or the tasks that have been sitting on their to-do list for far too long.
I truly believe no one should feel like they are doing everything alone.
With the right environment and the right support, progress becomes much easier.
And that is exactly what this space is here to provide.
Choosing not to change anything is still a choice, it just doesn't feel like one because the cost arrives slowly, in the form of another week where your own priorities came last, another Friday where the list is longer than when Monday started, another quiet Sunday dread that you've learned to call normal.
What you're living with right now isn't fine, it's just familiar.
You probably don't need fixing. You might just need other people in the room.
Try your first week completely free, then just £25 per month as a Founding Member.
Only 25 Founding Member spaces are available.
Once those spaces are filled, the membership will increase to £50 per month.
Founding members keep the £25 monthly rate for as long as they remain.
Let's get shit done together.
That's completely fine. Come when it suits you. Even once a week can make a huge difference. Life happens and nobody's going to guilt-trip you for it.
Not at all. Business admin, studying, life admin, creative projects, cleaning the kitchen, finally replying to emails you've ignored for two weeks. It all counts.
There is no minimum commitment. You can attend one session per week, or both sessions or simply drop in when you need focused time. The club is designed to support you without adding pressure.
After your free week, your membership automatically continues at the Founding Member rate of £25 per month. You can cancel any time before the week is up if it's not for you - no questions asked.
Your membership begins as soon as you join, giving you access to the upcoming co-working sessions and the private community.
Your first week is completely FREE. After that, the first 25 Founding Members pay just £25 per month. Once those spaces are filled the price rises to £50 per month.
Yes. Pay annually and get two months completely free. The annual Founding Member rate is £250 per year. As with the monthly rate, Founding Members keep this price for as long as they stay. Non Founding Member rate is £500 per year - again getting two months completely free.
Both. Many members use the sessions to focus on their business, but others join to tackle life admin, study, organise their home, or work on personal goals. The sessions simply provide a supportive environment where you can focus and get things done.
You don't need to have a formal diagnosis or any particular condition to join. If you struggle to work alone and this sounds like it would help, that's enough.
